If the touch screen on your iPad Mini isn’t working, try restarting your iPad, force restarting your iPad, or restoring your iPad. If that doesn’t work, you may need to take your iPad to an Apple Store or authorized service provider.
The iPad power button is located at the top of the device, on the right-hand side. It is a small, round button that is slightly recessed into the chassis. To turn the iPad on, press and hold the power button until you see the Apple logo appear on the screen. To turn the iPad off, press and hold the power button until you see the slider appear, then drag the slider to the right.
If your iPad’s on/off button is not working, you can force restart it by holding down the Volume Up button and the Power button at the same time for about 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

To turn off two-factor authentication on your iPad, go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Turn Off Two-Factor Authentication.
If your iPad Air’s touch screen is not working, you can try restarting your iPad, updating your iPad to the latest software, or restoring your iPad to factory settings. If these steps do not work, you may need to take your iPad to an Apple Store or authorized service provider for repair.
