How to Fix an iPad That Won’t Turn On
1. Force restart your iPad. Press and hold the Power button and the Volume down button at the same time until you see the Apple logo.
2. Check your charger and cable. Make sure that your charger is plugged into an outlet and that the cable is securely connected to your iPad.
3. Try a different charger. If you don’t have another charger, try borrowing one from a friend or family member.
4. Reset your iPad. Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
5. Restore your iPad. If all else fails, you may need to restore your iPad to factory settings. Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings.
