If you forgot your iPad passcode, you can erase it without a computer by following these steps
1. Force restart your iPad.
2. When you see the Apple logo, hold down the Volume down button until you see the recovery mode screen.
3. Connect your iPad to your computer and open iTunes.
4. Click the Restore button.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to erase your iPad.

To erase your web history on your iPad, open the Settings app, tap Safari, and then tap Clear History and Website Data.

To FaceTime on your iPad, open the FaceTime app, tap the + button, and select the person you want to call. You can also FaceTime a group of people by tapping the + button and selecting multiple contacts.

To erase an iPad without an Apple ID, you can put it into recovery mode and then restore it using a computer.
