How to Allow Pop-ups on iPad
Step 1: Open the Settings app.

Step 2: Tap on Safari.
Safari is the web browser that comes pre-installed on your iPad.
Step 3: Tap on Websites.
This will open the Websites settings page.
Step 4: Tap on Content Blockers.
This will open the Content Blockers settings page.
Step 5: Toggle the Block Pop-ups switch to the off position.
