Step 1: Open the Settings app.

How to Delete History on iPad
Step 1: Open the Settings app.
The Settings app is the blue icon with a gear inside of it. You can find it on your Home screen or in your App Library.
Step 2: Tap on Safari.
Safari is the web browser on your iPad. It’s the icon with the blue compass inside of it.
Step 3: Tap on History.
This will open a list of all of the websites you’ve visited on your iPad.
Step 4: Tap on Clear History.
This will delete all of the websites from your history.
Step 5: Tap on Delete.
