How to Transfer iPad to iPad
Step 1: Make sure both iPads are running the latest version of iOS.

How to Transfer iPad to iPad
Step 1: Back up your old iPad

Click on the iPad icon in the top left corner of the iTunes window, then click on the Summary tab. Under the Backups section, click on the Back Up Now button.
Step 2: Set up your new iPad
