1. Reset your iPad
Press and hold the Power:
button and the Volume Down:
button at the same time until you see the Apple logo.
Release both buttons.
When you see the Connect to iTunes:
screen, connect your iPad to your computer using a USB cable.
iTunes will open and start restoring your iPad.
When the restore is complete, your iPad will be unlocked and you will be able to set up a new passcode.
2. Use Find My iPhone
If you have Find My iPhone enabled on your iPad, you can use it to unlock your iPad without a passcode.
Go to iCloud.com/find and sign in with your Apple ID.
Click on your iPad and then click Erase iPad:
Your iPad will be erased and unlocked.
When you set up your iPad again, you will be able to set a new passcode.
3. Use Apple Configurator
If you have Apple Configurator installed on your Mac, you can use it to unlock your iPad without a passcode.
