To uninstall an app from your iPad, tap and hold the app icon until it jiggles, then tap the X button that appears in the top left corner of the icon.
To block Safari on your iPad, open the Settings app, tap on Screen Time, tap on Content & Privacy Restrictions, tap on Content Restrictions, tap on Web Content, and then toggle off Allow Safari.
