How to reset passcode on iPad
1. Force restart your iPad. Press and hold the Power button and the Volume down button at the same time until you see the Apple logo.
2. When your iPad restarts, you will be prompted to enter your Apple ID password. Enter your password and tap Continue.
3. Tap Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Change Passcode.
