1. Touch and hold the text you want to cut or copy.
2. Tap Cut or Copy.
3. Touch and hold where you want to paste the text.
4. Tap Paste.

To turn off your iPad, press and hold the top button until the slider appears, then drag the slider to the right.

To turn off the pop-up blocker on your iPad, go to Settings > Safari > Block Pop-ups and toggle the switch to Off.

To turn off your iPad 10th generation, press and hold the top button until you see the power slider. Slide the slider to turn off your iPad.

To turn off iPad Air, press and hold the top button until the slider appears, then drag the slider to the right.

Connect your iPhone and iPad to the same Wi-Fi network. Open the Photos app on your iPhone. Tap the Albums tab. Tap Select at the top right. Tap the photos you want to transfer. Tap the Share button. Tap AirDrop. Tap your iPad’s name.

How to tell what iPad you have

1. Look at the model number. It’s on the back of your iPad, near the bottom.
2. Compare the model number to the list below.

To sync messages from iPhone to iPad, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Messages and turn on Messages. Your messages will be synced to your iPad the next time it connects to the internet.

To split the screen on your iPad, open the desired apps and then tap the
“Slide Over” button in the lower left corner of the screen.
Drag the desired app to the right side of the screen to create a split-screen view.

To turn off your iPad, press and hold the top button (on the right side) until you see the slide to power off slider. Slide the slider to the right to turn off your iPad.
