How to Put Parental Controls on iPad
Step 1: Open the Settings app
On your iPad, tap the Settings app icon.

Under General, tap Screen Time.

You can use this setting to see a history of your child’s activity on their iPad.
Step 15: Tap Turn Off Screen Time
If you want to turn off Screen Time completely, you can tap Turn Off Screen Time at the top of the screen.
